Shipping policy

At Ataraxy, we’re committed to delivering your order as efficiently and safely as possible. This policy outlines the key shipping terms that apply to all purchases made through our store.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a further notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer both standard and express shipping within Australia and selected international destinations. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For Australian deliveries:

  • Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express shipping generally takes 1 to 3 business days.

For international deliveries, timeframes will vary based on destination and local carrier conditions. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Providers
We use trusted courier services including Australia Post, Sendle, and DHL Express. All parcels are dispatched with tracking.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at or sales@ataraxyactive.com.au.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to peak periods, weather events, customs clearance, or courier disruptions. We will keep you informed of any major delays.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout and your parcel cannot be delivered, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement. Please contact us immediately if you need to amend your address before dispatch.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the packaging and damaged item will be required so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This shipping policy does not limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
